"To get the full benefits of breakfast, the Mayo Clinic recommends a meal with carbohydrates, protein, and a small amount of fat. They say that because no single food gives you all of the nutrients you need, eating a variety of foods is essential to good health." - Dulce Zamora (WebMD)

The foods that I am going to try to incorporate in my morning diet are...
- Carbs (such as toast) - vital for boosting energy and mood.
- Eggs - a very good source of protein. (egg whites as healthier option)
- Nuts (Cashews or Almonds) - not only rich in protein, but they also contain magnesium, a mineral that plays a vital role in converting sugar into energy.
- Brazil Nuts - natural mood booster.
- Fresh Fruit - a way to start the day hydrated and energized.
- Granola - good source of fiber.
